An otherwise ordinary development slated for Miami's Little Havana neighborhood will have a touch of "magic" because of a $120 million equity investment by the Canyon-Johnson Urban Fund, a Beverly Hills, Calif.-based venture between Canyon Capital Realty Advisors and basketball legend Earvin "Magic" Johnson.
